These terms can be updated at any time.

1 . Warranty

Warranty duration is specified on each accounts page and you are entitled to a refund to your site wallet within this period in case of issues outside of your control.
  1. Deleting email evidence & lying -> Warranty Void
  2. If you receive a ban/lock on the account yourself -> Warranty Void
  3. Using accounts for cheating (You can but we dont give a warranty) -> Warranty Void
  4. Contacting the platform of the game before contacting us with your issue -> Warranty Void
  5. Changing too much account data too quickly -> Warranty Void
  6. Inventory/Items taken from the account -> Warranty Void
  7. If the steam account comes with a steam desktop authenticator, removing it -> No warranty for a community ban on the account
  8. Warranty does not cover your mistakes, anything you do that results in issues is on you
  9. After you change account details there is no warranty for anything else except account recovery with proof, if there is an issue you must report it before changing data.

2 . General Terms

  1. Any notices on accounts also apply to terms
  2. After changing an accounts data may reject warranty if you cannot provide sufficient evidence since we cannot verify data after this point
  3. We do not take accounts back just because you dont want it anymore or claims to have bought by accident
  4. We are not responsible for any game progress lost in any scenario
  5. If your PC cannot handle the game requirements that is your fault (If you have a low end PC check the games requirements before buying)
  6. We only sell games for PC
  7. There is no warranty for region/country related issues, region/country is clearly stated beforehand you bought it at your own discretion.
  8. You can resell the accounts (If your customer breaches any of our terms that is on you)
  9. Deposited balance is not refundable
  10. If quantitative parameter differs by more than 20% only then it can be returned, For example, the balance on the account is $7, and not $10 as stated. Applies to all quantitative values for any stats on all accounts.
  11. No warranty for anyone else using the account, this is common especially for non full access accounts, for full access you can often kick them off
  12. Exploiting any part of the website is forbidden, this includes bypassing any restrictions
  13. There is no warranty for game bans on steam if it does not use the vac ban system, we simply cannot verify such bans that dont use vac system.
  14. No items on games are guaranteed even if there is transactions
  15. If buying an account with games from other platforms its your responsibility to ask beforehand if there is linked accounts for that game.
  16. Attempting to deceive us for a replacement, we will take the account back and leave you with nothing, please do not try
  17. We do not guarantee/have third party accounts if they already exist e.g. FaceIT, ESEA etc
  18. Buying an account you agree that it can be lost/recovered in some cases, and you lose the account, after warranty we do not return money or help.
  19. For accounts with warranty at purchase, the warranty is only for account validity at the time of purchase, there is no warranty for anything else.
  20. Acting inappropriately, spamming, causing harm, disrespectful, being a monkey, we have the right to revoke your warranty
  21. For steam there is no warranty for a ban in games that use their own ban system outside of VAC, we cant check this

3 . Selling

  1. Our warranty policies apply to accounts that you are selling, if anything happens you lose the money.
  2. We take a 10% fee after the sale, you get 90%
  3. Our search restrictions also apply, for example some categories have a min days inactivity etc.
  4. We may change data of the account during the time its uploaded.
  5. The account wil be checked using our checkers, if the account ever becomes invalid it will be deleted.

4 . Withdrawing

  1. If an incorrect withdrawal address is specified your money is lost.
  2. We have the right to reject a withdrawal.
  3. Withdraws are irreversible.

Changing Account Details

Do not change account details too fast, change it with a delay overtime, if you change everything at once this can be flagged as suspicous there is no warranty if you do this.

Using Many Accounts

When using many accounts it is recommended to use a VPN & Cookies for each as using many accounts can lead to you getting flagged as supicious, this is irrelevent if you are only using a couple. In such cases this is your fault if its caused by you.
