Terms of Service, Rules, and Warranty Conditions

1. Market Rules and Listing Requirements

1.1. Any hints, recommendations, requests, or instructions to the Buyer to change, keep, or interact with an Account are strictly prohibited. 1.2. Knowingly false, misleading, or unverifiable information regarding the Account’s origin, name, contents, characteristics, status, bans, balance, or functionality is prohibited. 1.3. Claims about games, services, features, or content that are unavailable, restricted, region-locked, or require additional third-party accounts not included in the sale are prohibited. 1.4. Sellers must maintain respectful and professional communication with Buyers at all times. Aggression, pressure, manipulation, harassment, threats, or disrespectful behavior may result in sanctions, warranty revocation, or bans. 1.5. The sale of Accounts containing injected, refunded, carded, stolen, compromised, or unlawfully obtained balances, items, games, gifts, or values is prohibited. 1.6. After listing or selling an Account, the Seller is prohibited from logging into the Account, recovering access, changing credentials, initiating disputes, canceling transactions, or interacting with the Account in any form. 1.7. Uploading fraudulent, invalid, or compromised Accounts may result in selling restrictions or permanent bans. 1.8. A commission of 5% is deducted from each completed sale. 1.9. If an Account includes a valid warranty, money will be returned to the Buyer according to the warranty conditions. 1.10. The market guarantees that funds from a sale will be credited to the Seller’s balance within 24 hours of completion.

2. Warranty and Refund Policy

2.1. Funds paid by the Buyer for an Account are subject to refund if warranty conditions are met. 2.2. Refunds are issued exclusively to the internal site wallet and only if all warranty conditions are satisfied. 2.3. A refund is issued if the Account did not contain games, inventory, or other valuable characteristics explicitly specified in the Account description at the time of purchase. 2.4. A refund is issued if the actual characteristics of the Account do not correspond to the information specified in the Account description, including bans or restrictions that are normally parsable by the system but incorrectly disclosed. 2.5. A refund is issued if quantitative characteristics of the Account (balance, number of items, currency, or other measurable parameters) differ by more than 10% from those stated. 2.6. For Accounts not belonging to the “Personal” or “Autoreg” categories, Buyer claims submitted after one month from the purchase date are not considered. 2.7. For certain platforms (Steam, Battle.net, Fortnite, Epic Games, Supercell), warranty applies only as specified on the Account page. 2.8. Any valid warranty claim must be submitted within the warranty period. Claims submitted after this period are only eligible if indisputable evidence shows the Account issue occurred during the warranty period. 2.9. The warranty period is automatically extended during times when the Market is unavailable due to technical issues.
2.10. Warranty is void immediately if any of the following occur: 2.10.1. Fetching, altering, or falsifying email or access credentials. 2.10.2. Changing the Account data excessively or in a suspicious manner. 2.10.3. Downloading, removing, or confirming actions in Steam Mobile Authenticator files. 2.10.4. Receiving any type of game ban, lock, or restriction after purchase. 2.10.5. Contacting the game platform before contacting site support. 2.10.6. Spending, transferring, selling, or moving inventory, balance, currency, or items. 2.10.7. Errors, mistakes, negligence, or misuse by the Buyer.
2.11. No warranty is provided for: 2.11.1. Botted, cheated, or manipulated statistics, items, or currency. 2.11.2. Linked external services or third-party platforms. 2.11.3. Region restrictions. 2.11.4. Non-VAC or external bans that are not parsed in the system. 2.11.5. Future account security losses caused by the Buyer’s actions. 2.11.6. Red alerts on Steam category Accounts.

3. Payments, Balance, and Withdrawals

3.1. Deposited balance is non-refundable. 3.2. Only funds earned from selling Accounts may be withdrawn. Deposited balance cannot be withdrawn. 3.3. Incorrect withdrawal details result in permanent loss of funds. 3.4. The platform reserves the right to refuse withdrawals at its discretion.

4. Liability and Final Provisions

4.1. The platform is not responsible for lost progress, performance issues, hardware limitations, or user incompatibility. 4.2. Buying an Account constitutes acceptance of recovery risk and platform enforcement risks. 4.3. Abuse, exploitation, deception, or manipulation of the platform results in immediate sanctions. 4.4. Funds are not returned for claims of accidental or unintended purchases. 4.5. The platform may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance. 4.6. All disputes are resolved according to applicable law and internal arbitration procedures.
