Terms and rules
1. Warranty
1.1. Warranty duration is specified on each account's page, and refunds are issued to your site wallet within this period .
1.2. Deleting email evidence or lying voids the warranty.
1.3. If you receive a ban/lock on the account, the warranty is void.
1.4. Using accounts for cheating is allowed but voids the warranty.
1.5. Contacting the platform of the game before contacting us voids the warranty.
1.6. Changing too much account data too quickly voids the warranty.
1.7. Inventory/items/balance is taken/moved/spent from the account voids the warranty.
1.8. If a Steam account comes with a Steam Desktop Authenticator, removing it voids warranty, downloading it voids warranty and confirm an action voids warranty.
1.9. Warranty does not cover mistakes made by you.
1.10 There is no warranty for receiving a red alert on steam for any reason.
2. General Terms
2.1. Notices on accounts also apply to terms.
2.2. After changing an account’s data, there is no warranty.
2.3. We do not take accounts back due to buyer’s remorse or accidental purchase.
2.4. We are not responsible for lost game progress.
2.5. If your PC cannot handle the game, that is your problem.
2.6. We only sell games for PC.
2.7. No warranty for region/country-related issues, as they are clearly stated beforehand.
2.8. You can resell accounts, but you are responsible if your customer breaches our terms.
2.9. Deposited balance is non-refundable.
2.10. If a quantitative parameter differs by more than 20%, it can be returned (e.g., an account has $7 instead of $10 balance after purchase).
2.11. No warranty for anyone else using the account, especially for non-full access accounts.
2.12. Exploiting any part of the website is forbidden and will result in a ban.
2.13. No warranty for Steam game bans outside the VAC system, as we cannot verify them.
2.14. No guarantee for in-game items, even if there are transactions.
2.15. No warranty for botted stats (members, followers, hours, etc.).
2.16. No warranty for linked external accounts (e.g., Uplay, EA, Battle.net, etc.).
2.17. Attempting to deceive us for a replacement will result in the account being taken back.
2.18. We do not guarantee existing third-party accounts (e.g., FaceIT, ESEA, etc.).
2.19. Buying an account means you accept the risk of loss or recovery.
2.20. Warranty covers account validity at purchase, nothing else.
2.21. Acting inappropriately, spamming, or being disrespectful may result in warranty revocation.
5. Changing Account Details
5.1. Do not change account details too fast; change them gradually to avoid suspicion.
5.2. If flagged as suspicious, no warranty will be provided.
6. Using Multiple Accounts
6.1. Using many accounts is recommended with a VPN & cookies to avoid suspicion.
6.2. If flagged due to multiple accounts, it is your responsibility.
