Scientists have found that video games slow brain aging by 10 years:
🟠Elderly people aged 70 were taken as "test subjects" who played Dr. Kawashima’s Brain Training on Nintendo Switch for 30 minutes daily;
🟠After a month, the participants showed increased acetylcholine activity — a substance responsible for memory, attention, and concentration;
🟠The functioning of the cerebral cortex and hippocampus, responsible for reaction, coherent speech, and memory, also improved — their indicators were almost like those of young people.
Doctors concluded that just half an hour of gaming a day can significantly slow brain aging and preserve strong memory.
