Before starting, I would recommend waiting a couple of days; otherwise, the account might get locked.
1. Go into your account settings
2. Go under Password and security and add an authenticator
3. Also change the Password and Email
4. Go to “Linked Accounts” and remove everything under “Accounts” and “Apps.”
5. Go into “Settings” and change everything—first and last name, etc.
6. Under settings, make sure to download the data and back it up.
