In R.E.P.O. the ability to climb walls will be added

You can use the new "Tumble Grab" mechanic by entering "Tumble" mode (now you can also pick up items in this mode) using the Q key and waiting until the lines at the edges of the screen turn yellow.

The mechanic will be available with the "Monster Update" on October 30.
