Not a bug Message wasn't delivered, customer support issue

ive had this issue many times and it wont let me send any messages to customer support, it is really annoying. It is on the standard fula.cc website, i dont really know how to reproduce it but all that i did was type a message and it gave me the error, thanks hope this can be fixed.
