Roblox introduces mandatory verification through passport and selfie due to scandals surrounding the game

Players will be divided by age: under 9 years, 9-12, 13-15, and over 16 years, so they communicate only with peers. For children under 9 years, the chat will be completely disabled.

Starting December 1, age verification will become mandatory in several countries, and by 2026 – worldwide.
