They added keyboard control in League of Legends

With patch 24.25, the game now allows movement not only through the usual method but also via the WASD keys. For some champions, this feature will be temporarily disabled – this is needed for balance settings and bug fixes.

For now, this new feature is in beta testing: only in non-ranked modes and not in all regions.
